Driftwood Motel Events

This is an excellent dog park area with separate areas for small and large dogs. If you are looking for a beach area for your dogs, Ft. Walton is not where you want to be. This park is on the bay so there is only a small strip of footage for a dog to roam and generally there will be at least one large dog not on a leash that will frighten off other dogs (poor owner responsibility). But if letting your dogs socialize, this is a great facility within the fences. There are also picnic tables, etc. for a family gathering. Like some of the other posters mention, it's a shame there isn't a designated area on the gulf side for dogs but since it is primarily on a small island (gulf side aka real beaches) I'm sure the city just doesn't want to deal with the problems.

Nice little neighborhood bar. Great service! Was there for pool league and like how the league table is separate from the main bar.

Great place to watch local football games. Nice to get back to some normalcy after COVID lockdown.
